Stefano Quintarelli is a Scelta Civica member of the Italian Chamber of Deputies. A graduate in Information Science from the University of Milan, he is one of the pioneers of the internet in Italy. He founded I.Net in 1994, which became the first Italian internet operator, and he was the director of the digital area of the Gruppo 24 Ore from 2011 to 2012. He is a co-founder of both CLUSIT (Associazione Italiana per la Sicurezza Informatica) and AIPSI (Associazione Italiana Professionisti Sicurezza Informatica).
