Rosa Molinero Trias is an independent food journalist living in Barcelona and working for El País, La Vanguardia, El Periódico, elNacional, Tapas and Forbes España. Her passion for gastronomy led her to be a magazine editor and also to become a screenwriter for Cocina Bestial! for national television RTVE. She speaks Spanish, Catalan, English and understands French, Portuguese and Italian well.
