Annalisa Cavaleri is a professional journalist and author of the book Luxury Food. The key words for winning strategies in luxury food and wine. A graduate in Law from the University of Brescia and in Public Relations and Advertising from the IULM University of Milan, she has worked for years as a journalist and food critic for some of the most important publications in the sector, including the Michelin Guide.
