Ernesto Belisario is a lawyer of the E-Lex law firm, specialised in new technology law (data protection and privacy, open government, start-ups, social media) and in administrative law. He is secretary general of the Istituto per le Politiche dell'Innovazione, a member of the Tavolo Permanente per l'Innovazione, of l'Agenda Digitale Italiana, of the Commissione degli Utenti dell'Informazione Statistica of the Italian statistics agency Istat and of the editorial board of the review Il Documento Digitale. He writes Diritto 2.0, a new technology law blog, and contributes to Che Futuro, Wired Italy, Il Fatto Quotidiano and Agendadigitale.eu.
