Crisis management and reputation. Fake news, real damage

Crisis management theory and technique in the post-truth era. From vaccines to chem-trails, fake news stories are not all mere hoaxes that self-generate on the web. At times they are pre-meditated weapons of attack which create real damage for readers, companies and organizations. This workshop will consider how confirmation bias is used instrumentally, how echo chambers and filter bubbles work, and how to deal with the effects.
