Vincenzo Lauricella has been working for several years as a security guard in airport security.
He is a union delegate and a member of the national coordination for private work at USB. For over 10 years, he has been organizing initiatives and disputes to combat poor and underpaid work, just like the contract for Fiduciary Services which has minimum wages below the poverty threshold.
The numerous disputes he has promoted have led the Cassation Court to issue several fundamental judgments for the protection of wages.
