Stefano Ciullo is European and international Affairs Director for Sky Italy.
After graduating in Law in 1991, Stefano Ciullo has devoted his career to the professional study of electronic communications and audiovisual services, both in legal and institutional terms, first in Brussels at a consulting firm, then at American law firms (Baker & McKenzie from 1994 to 1998, where he focussed on the liberalization of telecommunications in Italy, and later Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton, from 1999 to 2005, in the offices of Rome and Washington where he worked on antitrust and regulatory issues pertaining to telecommunications markets and pay-TV) and later, from 2005, at Sky Italy where he has held various positions, leading first Regulatory Affairs and later Institutional European & International Affairs. Holder of a LL.M. awarded in 1998 from the New York University School of Law and author of publications in the field of electronic communications, Stefano Ciullo diligently participates in policy discussions in this area.
