Robyn Vinter
Robyn Vinter is north of England correspondent at The Guardian. Previously a freelance investigative reporter, she has written for most British national newspapers, as well as a number of international publications. She won the local hero award at the AOP Awards in 2020 and has also received nominations at the British Journalism Awards, the Press Awards and the Paul Foot Award for investigative and campaigning journalism. She was a fellow of the Reuters Institute at the University of Oxford in 2022. She set up and the ran the investigative news website The Overtake between 2017 and 2020.
