Mauro Spagnolo is an architect and journalist who has focused for more than two decades on sustainability and the quality of life. He is co-founder and editor of rinnovabili.it and director of the Sistemi Energetici Integrati department at the Centro Interuniversitario di Ricerca per lo Sviluppo sostenibile of the University of Rome. He is a frequent radio and TV speaker on environmental issues. He is the author of L’integrazione del fotovoltaico nell’edilizia e nell’infrastrutture urbane (1999), Il sole nella città, l’uso del fotovoltaico in edilizia (2001) and Efficienza energetica nella progettazione (2007).
