Enrico Pedemonte

Enrico Pedemonte, journalist and writer, worked at L’Espresso for almost thirty years, including six years in New York as a correspondent. With a degree in physics, he has focused for many years on science and technology, particularly on the socio-cultural and political impact of digital media.

He is the author of several books, including Personal Media (1998, Bollati Boringhieri), The Death and Resurrection of Newspapers (2010, Garzanti), and Fear of Science (2022, Treccani), which won the Benedetto Croce Prize for Essay Writing.

In November 2024, his latest book, The Human Farm: How Digital Platforms Are Redesigning Our Lives (Treccani), was published.
