Antonio Paolini is an award-winning food and wine critic who has written or co-written over 15 guides to Italian restaurants, over 10 books on Italian wine as well as numerous other publications on enogastronomic topics. He has been a member of the jury of the Wines of World Competition in Los Angeles since 2000 and a member of the jury of the Concours Mondial in Brussels since 2005.
