Ziad Ghandour
Ziad Ghandour, a Syrian journalist based in the UK since 2015, now works as a documentary researcher with BBC Arabic. He has also worked with the not-for-profit investigative organisation Airwars tracking air strikes in Iraq and Syria, written for the Guardian, and acted as a translator for the BAFTA and EMMY-winning series Exodus by KEO Films. Last year, he reported in Germany and Ireland, interviewing dozens of Syrian refugees as part of an investigation published by the Irish Times and Die Zeit.
