Tom Jefferson works at the Center for Evidence-Based Medicine in Oxford. He is the author guarantor of the RIAT statement (Invisible and Restoring Abandoned Trials) and one of the leading exponents of the acceleration and transformation of the principles of access to clinical trial data worldwide. He was co-author of the first Cochrane review based solely on data controllers, including Clinical Study Reports (CSRs) and other regulatory documents. Jefferson is currently rebuilding the clinical trial program on anti-HPV vaccines from regulatory documents. He is engaged in the reconstruction of the testing programs of anti-HPV vaccines from regulatory documents.
