Simone Basso
Simone Basso is a researcher interested in measuring Internet performance and censorship. He is currently an OTF Information Controls Fellow at Measurement Lab. He collaborates with the Open Observatory of Network Interference (OONI). He develop and maintains the Measurement Kit Internet measurement engine used by OONI and by other projects. He was previously a research fellow at the Nexa Center for Internet & Society, where he developed Neubot, an Internet measurement tool.
