His recent appointments at Italian institutions include as expert, Ministry of Justice, for the revision of the directive on digital content (2016), as legal expert for the drafting of the white book on the protection of digital content by the National Authority of Communications (2015) and as legal expert, Ministry of the Economic Development, for the technical table on Net Neutrality.
His research areas include European and Comparative Constitutional Law, Media Law, Internet Law, Law and Cinema. He is the author of 5 books, 13 edited books and more than 100 articles in the fields of European Constitutional Law, Media Law, Human Rights and Anti-discrimination Law.
