Laura Zelenko is Senior Executive Editor at Bloomberg Editorial & Research. She is responsible for helping make Bloomberg LP a global leader for newsroom diversity and inclusivity and ensuring fairness and balance across all editorial platforms and in all forms of content. She recruits diverse talent and creates programs for training and mentoring under-represented staff for a variety of roles. As the editorial lead for the media business, she is helping to create a diversity franchise that includes television, podcasts and designated print staff writing about diversity and inclusion issues. As the senior leader overseeing Bloomberg's standards policies, she arbitrates complaints raised about coverage on every platform and works to increase representation of diverse voices in all platforms. She also serves as a member of the Council on Foreign Relations in New York.
