Josh Kalven
Josh Kalven is the founder of Newsbound, a San Francisco-based startup that specializes in containing and explaining complex news narratives. He incubated the Newsbound concept at the University of Southern California's Knight Digital Media Center. Josh previously served as editor of ProgressIllinois.com, a Chicago-based news outlet covering progressive politics at the local and state level. He also spent three years as a deputy editorial director at Media Matters for America. Kalven is a graduate of Colorado College.
