Hanna Liubakova is a freelance journalist from Belarus. She started her career at Belsat TV, the only independent Belarusian TV channel, where she worked as a correspondent from Minsk, Warsaw, Brussels, and London. She was a recipient of a Vaclav Havel Journalism Fellowship at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty in Prague. Last year, Hanna joined the multimedia online magazine Outriders, and was selected for a World Press Institute Fellowship in the United States.
