Guiomar del Ser is a journalist and co-director of ELPAÍS_Lab, the Innovation area of the leading Spanish newspaper EL PAÍS. During the past decade, she has developed her career in digital journalistic projects involving social media, newsroom integration, new formats and special coverages. She currently works in promoting new ways of storytelling within the newsroom in collaboration with Product and Design areas. In 2017, when EL PAÍS joined The New Arrivals project with other major news outlets, she led the project design, working closely with content creators in the definition and development of the web structure.
