Giovanna Savignano is the producer of Radio pellegrinaggi on RAI Radio. She worked previously on a variety of TV programmes including Mmmh! (Rai 2), L'ottavo nano (RAI 2), Teatro 18 (Italia 1), Il caffè della domenica (TeleMonteCarlo) and Candido (TeleMonteCarlo). With a background in anthopology, she has worked with ONGs in Italy, West Africa and Argentina where she spent two years on a project dedicated to helping the chicos de la calle in Buenos Aires.
