Gianluca Sgueo is in the press office team of the spokesman of the government of Mario Monti, where he coordinates the relationships with citizens. He is a researcher at the Center for Social Studies of the University of Coimbra, he teaches EU Legal Institutions at the University of Tuscia and is the director of the institutional area of I-Com.
