Franco Frattini
Franco Frattini has been the President of the Italian Society for International Organization (SIOI) since 2012. Several times a deputy in the Italian Parliament, he was, among other things, Minister for Public Administration from 2001 to 2002; Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2002 to 2004; Vice-President of the European Commission and European Commissioner for Justice, Freedom and Security from 2004 to 2008 and Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2008 to 2011. A graduate in Law in 1979, he was a state lawyer and magistrate of the TAR Piedmont.
