Ezio Bosso is an internationally renowned conductor, composer and pianist. Trained at the Vienna Academy, he is the principal and artistic director of the Europe Philharmonic Orchestra and of the Stradivari Festival Chamber Orchestra, and international ambassador of the Mozart Association14. He was the permanent resident director of the Giuseppe Verdi Theatre in Trieste and the principal and artistic director of London Strings. He has worked with the most important musical institutions in the world, such as Royal Festival Hall in London, the Sydney Opera House, Palacio de Bellas Artes in Mexico City, Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires, Carnegie Hall NYC, Teatro Regio di Torino, the Houston Symphony, the Festival of Perelada, the Carlo Felice Theater of Genoa, Lac Lugano, the Vilnius Philharmonic and St Martin in the Fields, performing as composer, performer or conductor. He has composed music for cinema, including Gabriele Salvatores' films Io non ho paura, Quo vadis, baby? and Il ragazzo invisibile. He has won numerous awards including the Premio Flaiano (2003 and 2005), the Green Room Award (2011) and the Riccio D'Argento (2016).
