Branko Brkic is founder of Project Kontinuum, a global initiative to advance journalism, media innovation, and sustainability. He is the former Editor-in-Chief of Daily Maverick, South Africa’s leading online daily, which he co-founded in 2009. In his 40-year career, he has founded the DOSSIER book publishing house in Yugoslavia, and edited both Timbila, the South African National Parks magazine, and Brainstorm, a business and tech magazine. He also founded, edited and published Maverick and Empire magazines, also in South Africa.
