Annalisa Cuzzocrea

La Repubblica

Annalisa Cuzzocrea was the deputy editor of La Stampa until 2025. She holds a degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures and specialized at the Journalism School of Urbino. Previously, she worked as a journalist for la Repubblica, as well as an author and presenter for Repubblica TV, and served as a correspondent for Radio Capital and Repubblica.it. For Repubblica, she wrote about politics and worked as a correspondent. She also taught a course on political reporting for LUISS’s Journalism Master’s program.

In 2025, she returned to la Repubblica as head editor, correspondent, and opinion columnist, continuing to cover politics, economics, gender disparities, education, and institutions. She hosts the daily podcast “Controvento,” in which she analyzes and comments on Italian political and social current events.

She is the author of Che fine fanno i bambini (What Happens to the Children, Piemme, 2021).
