Andrea Rezer is head of the financial desk at Germany's biggest daily subscription newspaper Sueddeutsche Zeitung, where she has responsibility for the selection of topics, editing texts and developing new features/series. She also has wide experience in organizing and hosting events, like the SZ Finance Day with speakers like ECB-President Mario Draghi and around 200 delegates. In 2014, she set up the SZ Fintech Series, an award for innovative fintech companies.

Andrea studied cultural studies and journalism at the University of Passau, as well as politics at the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaiso.
