Adrian Monck is managing director and head of communications and media at the World Economic Forum. He was head of the Graduate School of Journalism at City University, London from 2005 to 2010. He began his career in television news at CBS, where he worked from 1988 to 1993, and then moved on to ITN News at Ten from 1993 to 1996, Five News from 1996 to 2004 and finally Sky News from 2004 to 2005. He is co-author with Mike Hanley of Crunch Time: How Everyday Life Is Killing The Future (2007) and Can You Trust The Media (2008).
