Where does the future of journalism lie? Stepping outside the capital

In 2019 HuffPost in the UK started a collaboration with Birmingham City University which led to them launching the HuffPost School of Journalism in Birmingham. The UK's second largest city isn't the obvious first choice to partner with, so why do it? What's missed by staying in a capital city and what can a young and diverse population do for news? This discussion will talk about taking bold decisions, diversity in the newsroom and stories which don’t percolate the capital city 'bubble'.
