Climate change: how to report on the new challenge of adaption

Climate change is no longer a topic confined to the science or environment pages but instead the great global challenge of the next few years in which geopolitics and finance are interwoven. Europe is at the forefront of reducing CO2 emissions but with the next European Commission it will have to implement adaptation policies that can cope with the impact of higher temperatures on agriculture, the environment and the economic and social consequences. The workshop will provide participants with the basics and tools to follow the different plans of adaptation policies that will be implemented in the coming years.
