The competition is dedicated to the memory of Nunzio Bassi, for 20 years the teaching coordinator of the School of Radio&TV Journalism of Perugia. Organized by the Associazione Giornalisti Scuola di Perugia, and supported by the National Association of Journalists and the Association of Journalists of Umbria, the prize is reserved for journalism students in Italian journalism schools. A special mention will be made of friend and colleague Dante Ciliani, who died prematurely in 2015.
