Is the TV political talk show really over? What's the future for the presentation of political policy on TV?
Once upon a time in Italy TV talk shows were the third chamber of the republic. TV studios were chosen for major political announcements and the most expected debates. Today, a tweet is enough to communicate policy-making and viewers show more interest in TV that goes into the street and recounts the real country than austere political presentation and discussion. Can the talk show withstand all this or is it destined for the archives? And what are the new narrative forms that are coming to the fore?
