What happens when a young person decides to become a journalist? Difficulties of access to the profession, an unprecedented crisis of the system, whether training in specialized schools actually works and the differences with the past will be among the issues discussed in attempting to answer the question: is it really such a good idea to become a journalist?
The panel is made up of two young journalists just starting out (enthusiastically) on their careers, two former journalists who have left full-time journalism for other (greener) pastures, and one noble stalwart who still makes his way through traffic to a big mainstream media newsroom every weekday morning.
