In the last few months, an issue known to the law of merit since 2006, which has been periodically debated, has returned to be discussed. What is the role of bloggers in the case of defamatory comment? The aim of the session is to illustrate the regulatory and jurisprudential environment, giving tips and practical examples to media website administrators in order to avoid incurring liability for defamatory comments.
