For a long time, journalists have had no real interest in finding out what impacts their stories are having: "Get the story out now. And tomorrow is a new news day" seems to have been the motto. We are interested in looking at how stories can have an impact (beyond their one time publication date), and how we can possibly measure this impact.
Panelists will show examples of stories that "got legs":
> Emanuele Bompan, Follow the Money 2
> Stefano Liberti, The Dark Side of the Italian Tomato
> Pierre Morel, Rebuilding Haiti
> Elisabetta Tola, Seediversity
and we will discuss the wider issue in a panel discussion with journalists and experts.
