The International Journalism Festival goes global and is offering their liveblog of the event for free to any websites interested in debates and discussions concerning the most pressing contemporary issues.
The festival lineup, released in full at the recent #ijf13 press conference (naturally it was liveblogged – in Italian), includes the likes of Harper Reed, Mathew Ingram, Yoani Sánchez and Emily Bell.
The liveblog will be available via the ScribbleLive marketplace, as the prestigious real-time platform has partnered with #ijf13. All ScribbleLive clients – ranging from the biggest news agencies to bloggers’ websites, through journalism schools and NGOs – will be given the chance to syndicate the liveblog for free.
The discussions will tackle subjects at the heart of contemporary debate, from the cyber-revolution and the war in Syria to the Russian protest movement and the global economic meltdown.
Those who are interested in publishing the live feed of Harper Reed’s keynote, for instance, but are not yet ScribbleLive clients can sign-up for a free trial account or request the embed code of the official liveblog.
At last year’s festival there were 217 different events, 524 speakers and more than 1,000 accredited journalists. This year’s edition is expected to be even better.
A team of experienced real-time storytellers will bring you all the highlights from this year’s edition. Italian speakers will be provided with an Italian live feed, but if you speak another language, don’t fret as you can still adapt the live coverage for your local audience.
The dream of every editor or publisher has finally come true: are you up for picking up some free, quality content with no effort? Please check out list of Panel discussions, presentations, data journalism labs and workshops available and activate the syndication at your leisure!
